Second Check It provides automated, AI-assisted document analysis intended to help users identify potential errors, inconsistencies, unusual terms, duplicate charges, missing information, and other items that may warrant further review.
Second Check It is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial adviser, medical provider, insurer, contractor, engineer, or other licensed professional service. The service does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, engineering, construction, or other professional advice.
Automated and artificial-intelligence systems can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that any analysis, finding, estimate, explanation, or suggested next step is accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for your circumstances.
The service may fail to identify important issues and may identify potential issues that are not actually errors or problems.
You are responsible for reviewing your original documents and independently verifying findings before relying on them. When a decision could have significant legal, financial, medical, tax, insurance, contractual, or other consequences, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
You represent that you have the right and authority to upload and process any document you submit to Second Check It. You agree not to use the service to process documents or information in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
Second Check It currently offers a one-time paid report for the price displayed at checkout. Payment unlocks the detailed automated findings associated with that analysis. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.
Purchasing a report does not guarantee that the document contains an error, that any identified issue will result in financial savings or another particular outcome, or that every potential issue will be identified.
Because paid reports are digital products generated and delivered immediately after purchase, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the full report has been successfully delivered.
If you are charged but the paid report is not delivered because of a technical problem with Second Check It, contact us at secondcheckit@outlook.com. We will investigate the issue and, when appropriate, restore access to the purchased report or issue a refund.
Nothing in this refund policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We do not guarantee that Second Check It will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every document or device. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Second Check It and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or reliance on the service or its automated findings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular paid report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
