When you use Second Check It, documents you upload are transmitted to our servers and to third-party AI services used to perform the requested analysis. We do not intentionally maintain your original uploaded documents in a permanent application database. Temporary copies or processing data may exist within the infrastructure used to receive, process, and analyze your request.
Information derived from your document may be processed and temporarily transmitted as necessary to generate and deliver your analysis. Our service uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to analyze submitted content.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Second Check It does not directly receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, and related information according to its own privacy practices.
Do not upload information that is unnecessary for the analysis or that you are not comfortable transmitting for automated processing. In particular, avoid uploading Social Security numbers, passwords, full bank or payment-card numbers, medical records, authentication credentials, or other highly sensitive personal information.
We use third-party service providers to operate Second Check It, including services for hosting, automated document analysis, and payment processing. Information necessary to provide the service may be transmitted to and processed by those providers.
Second Check It uses automated and AI-based systems. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. Important findings should be independently verified before you make decisions based on them.
